Closing or Clearance Letters
If you are an attorney or associate of an attorney, you may request a closing or clearance letter from the Treasurer of our Homeowner Association. This letter shall serve to provide the closing attorney with the status of a homeowner's account with our Association and to inform the attorney and buyer on important information about our Homeowner Association.
