Homeowners Association FEE

The restrictive covenants of the Shadburn Ferry Homeowners Association, Windrush Subdivision, require every new homeowner or lot owner to be a member of its Homeowner Association. The covenants also require the payment of a one-time transfer assessment or initiation fee payable at closing. That fee is currently $400.00. There are also annual maintenance fees of $400.00 payable annually and are due each January 1st.

The Shadburn Ferry Homeowners Association, Windrush Subdivision, is governed by a Declaration of Restrictive Covenants and its amendments. Windrush is proud to be a community with covenants and restrictions. Being familiar with the covenants and restrictions is very important to preserving our property values and the integrity of our community.
